Product Description
The thickness of the nickel strip is generally 0.03 to 2.95MM, and
the width is 2MM to 180MM (special requirements can be 250MM). The
hardness is mainly divided into M (soft state), 1/4Y (HV 130~155),
Y2 (HV 160~180), H (HV 190~220).

Surface Quality
(1) The surface of the strip should be smooth and clean, and there
should be no wind layer, cracks, bubbles, thorns, pressure and
folding inclusions;
(2) Slight local defects such as scratches, spots, pits,
indentations and roll marks are allowed. Slight oxidation color,
darkening and slight local oil stains are not allowed. Scrap basis;
(3) Both sides of the strip should be cut evenly without burrs,
cracks and curling.
(4) The strip should be straight, but slight waves are allowed; the
side curvature of the strip is greater than 3 mm per meter of
cloth.
Application example: used in the manufacture of chemical equipment
such as pipelines, heat exchangers, evaporators, heaters, reactors,
etc.; targets for various coatings; electrodes, etc.
Strip grade, condition, specification
Nickel strip: Nickel content is higher than 99.95%. Pure nickel has
excellent mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance in a
wide variety of environments. It also possesses magnetostrictive
and magnetic functions, as well as high heat transfer properties,
with high electrical conductivity, low gas volume and low vapor
pressure. It has outstanding spot welding function, high tension
and easy operation. Low resistivity (combined by laptop battery
packs) can pass a current of more than 50A, which is a combination
of power battery packs. This product of pure nickel wire
manufacturers is mainly used to make nickel-metal hydride
batteries. Lithium batteries, combined batteries and power tools,
communication information, special lighting and other industries.
